Check Sequence in Normalisation Mechanical Then Electrical Then DCS PTW No & Date:-A/B Unit 1/2/3/4

This document provides a checklist of 42 steps for draining and venting boiler components prior to filling the boiler with water. It includes checking isolation valves, drains, vents, and pumps are in the proper configuration. Water quality requirements are also specified. The filling process involves using condensate makeup pumps or a boiler feed booster pump to fill the boiler over 2-4 hours, regulating flow based on drum temperature.
