Feedback Report

1.CFM
 Safety Z-axis for (error)
 Alignment of sick sensors
 Looseness of carriage motor (screws)
 Candle filters box break down
 Carriage belt (blue) creates noise while moving along axis (most
probably breakdown along sides belt)
 Sometimes both stones start to move automatically
 Compressed air cylinder for gauging head for stone 800F gets
loosed usually
 On Auto Mode once a cylinder automatically undamped during
processing (this damaged the cutting diamond as well)
 Servo motor drive for Z-axis gets loosed (screw)

2.Engraver
 Embedded software hangs up
 Suction system malfunction (faulty)
 Tip call calibration problem
 Current balancing out after test cut
 Copper debris inside the space of focusing (Kaman Space)
 Cells merging sometimes after a fast advance in middle of cylinder
 Unclamping or unloading cylinder problem
 Cells sometimes do not engrave 100% on job cylinders
 Once in a month it did engrave a deep line enough to see a clearly
steel on the job cylinder
 Jobs which have hang up problem usually didn’t appear in cylinder
birth certificate.

3.Copper Tanks:
 Disturbance rectifier not on
 Disturbance current rectifier
 Tanks create vigorous vibrations while operating cylinders less than
400mm circumference
 Solenoidal valve faulty and its channel from PLC also faulty. Plc has
to be removed.
 Contacts of insoluble anode didn’t get proper voltage
 On smaller cylinders current (rectifier) didn’t get voltages
 Sometimes rectifier provides full 12V at very start of processing of
cylinders
 Basket of anodes have some burning effects on it
 Color of insoluble anode has changed
 Gear drive Sprocket problem. It creates too much noise sometimes
 Adaptors are getting too much warm
 Tap of the DI water is faulty
 Actuator don’t work usually
 Sometimes tanks get emergency stop
 Noise from gear wheel
 Insoluble anode problem in copper tank 2 i.e our copper content
increases when we remove insoluble anode.
 Temperature of the tank rises
 Peeling of copper layer

4.Chrome Tanks
 Short Chrome life in white cylinders
 Matt on cylinders
 Vigorous vibrations while operating cylinders of Circumferences
below 400mm
 Scumming problem (once)
 Heating of adopters

5.Alkaline Copper
 Solenoid valve stopped working suddenly

6.Dechrome
 Noise from the pump
 Rectifier Issue

7.Finish star
 Sometimes head got stuck while polishing
 Air pressure pipe breakdown
 Alignment of paper film on head
 Z-axis following error
 MP pumps (if filter is replaced with new one sometimes error exist.
We have to put emergency stop for it.
