cause but rather of
some human
intervention and that is
by strangulation which
leads to death by
asphyxation.
Exhibit C Death Certificate To prove the fact of
death of the victim and
immediate cause of the
same.
Exhibit D Western Union Money To prove that the crime
Transfer Receipt was perpetuated
pursuant to the offer of
money in consideration
of killing.
Exhibit E Judicial Affidavit of the To establish and prove
sole witness. that on the date, time
and place stated in the
affidavit, the accused
succeeded in killing the
victim.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully


prayed that this Honorable Court take cognizance of the matters herein set
forth.

Other relief just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
