Overview

A monthly declaration that provides EU authorities with statistics on foreign trade within the EU countries (for example,
trade between France and Germany).

There is one INTRASTAT declaration for receipts and one for dispatches

To create an INTRASTAT declaration for arrivals, the system uses values from either invoices for goods receipts or
purchase orders.

If no invoice exists for a goods receipt following the reporting month, the declaration of goods is postponed until the
following month.

If no invoice has been received a month later, the system uses the purchase order to determine the value of the goods
receipt and the goods movement is reported

Use the following menu path:

Logistics > Materials Management > Foreign Trade/Customs > Periodic Declarations > ENGR – Cockpit –
Periodic Declarations > Create Periodic Declarations

4. Change the Reporting Month and other parameters as needed. Then click on execute

Update the following Required, Optional, and Conditional fields, as needed:

Plant O Enter the Plant if need to filter based on Plant

German Federal Office of Statistics (Statistische
Bundesamt) after a test data carrier has been successfully
checked
Federal state of tax office R Enter (02) for Hamburg. It’s Federal State in which the tax
office that is in charge of the tax assessment for the VAT
registration number is located.
File Name for Output R Enter the file name. For Ex: Receipt
