I. New Organizational Policies

A. General Policies on Operation

 Each employee should perform their assigned duties and

responsibilities.

 Employees are encouraged to keep proper hygienic and sanitary

requirements to maintain high standard of sanitation.

 Employees must wear proper and complete attire while on duty.

 Good customer relationship must be practiced and maintained.

 Good work ethics must be put into practice by all employees during

office time.

B. Attendance Policies

 The HR Manager is responsible for recording the attendance of the

employees.

 If an employee will not be able to attend for work he/she must inform

the General Manager or the HR Manager.

 Attendance is strictly a must because each of the employees has their

respective tasks to do.

 It was agreed that an absent employee will have to pay a penalty of

Php 50.00.

 It was also agreed that late employee will have to pay a penalty of Php

20.00. There would be a 15 minutes grace period for an employee not

to be considered late. Additional hour of late is equals to additional

five pesos (Php 5.00)

C. Finance Policy

 Finance in charge must ensure to record and report all business

transaction.

 Receipts, deposits and other documents must be kept for reference

purposes.

D. Production Policy

 All materials, equipment, tools must be placed properly.

 After duty, employees are encouraged to clean the workplace and the

materials used for production.

Company Policy:

 The company policy started on the second week of production as

agreed upon by the officers and members.

 The employees who become late because they work beyond working

hours do not need to pay fines and penalties.

 Every incurred absent of employee is penalized to pay P50.00 while

late employee is penalized to pay P20.00. There will be a 15 minutes

grace period for the employee not to be late. Every additional one (1)

hour late is equivalent to additional P5.
