NCP Activity Intolerance

Patient S.M.N., an 83-year-old female, presented with activity intolerance related to an asthma attack as evidenced by tired appearance, dyspnea, heart rate of 122, respiratory rate of 24, temperature of 37°C, and oxygen saturation of 95%. After 3-4 hours of nursing interventions including monitoring vital signs, establishing rapport, and conserving energy, the patient was able to engage in normal activities without fatigue.
