Notes:
1.0 The vendor shall quote for both types of control systems viz., 1) Two Wire
Control System (Cl. 6.2) and 2) Conventional Hardwired Control System
through Client DCS to provide the Purchaser a choice to decide which one
system to go for.
2.0 Unless agreed otherwise the number of copies of various drawings and
documents shall be as follows-
A With bids same as the number of copies of bids
B Post order submission for review / records-06 prints + 02 sets of
CDs (*)
C Final documents six prints + two sets of CDs (*)

(*) Vendor shall furnish soft copy of all drawings in Auto Cad and all documents in
MS office as part of all post order submission and final documentation. However
filled up datasheets in purchaser format shall be submitted in PDF form.

1.0 Vendor shall submit schedule of vendor drawings and documents within
15 days after placement of order.
2.0 Data not submitted with the offer to be supplemented.
