1. To transact with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas regarding my purchase of the property
covered by TCT No.T-72838 , and located in Block 38 Lot 30 Phase 1 , Latrinidad Subd.
Brgy., Cabuco, Trece Martires City, Cavite;
2. To make and receive payments and/or refund of payments pertinent to my purchase of the
aforementioned property;
3. To sign, deliver, and receive contracts, documents and receipts including, but not limited to
Contract To Sell ,Deed of absolute Sale, Owner’s Duplicate Copy of Title necessary for the
above transaction etc;
4. To transact with the Bureau of Internal Revenue District Office and the Registry of Deeds for
the payment of taxes, fees and other charges pertinent to my purchase of the
aforementioned property covered;
5. To do such any other act that may be required necessary or incidental to carry out
effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby given;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done
in and about the premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as I might or could do if
personally present, with all power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
