KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, GEORGE DAVID, Filipino citizen, of legal age, and a resident of Davao City,
Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and appoint PAYSAL TUMOG JR., and
JACQUILINE K. PILOTON, also a Filipino citizen, of legal age, and resident of
Davao City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and
stead, to do and perform the following acts:

1. To make inquiries as to the outstanding balance of my housing loan with the


Social Security System for property located at No. 5 Philippine St., Matina
Executve Homes, Matina Davao City;

2. Generally, to do such other acts and things necessary and/or requisite for the
consummation of the authority and transactions herein mentioned.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers


and authority to do and perform all and every act whatsoever desirable and necessary to
be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes that I would or
could do if personally present, and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my
said attorney-in-fact may do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
