Overview of 15MYT
• 15MYT is internally known in local office as “15 Minutes of Your
Time”.
• A from of simple but highly focus training on any subject that will
increase our work efficiency and/or effectiveness.
• Also a form of Plan Do Check Action. (PDCA)
• Each topic/session is structured to 15 minutes of brief training as thus
known internally as 15MYT
• New and suitable topic is kept appending to this file, and auxiliary
training files will be kept in network folder

MS Excel: Mathematic functions
• Excel offer numerous mathematic functions or formulas that can be
applied to our activities
• We can use formula such as average to calculate the average of
numbers, such as the average customer satisfaction rating.
• The formula average is a better alternative to calculate average to
adding numbers and then divided by count of numbers.

MS Word: Header and Footer
• Correct use of Header and Footer are important to business
documentation.
• Numerous time, we need to trace a hard copy to its source document
in soft copy.
• We can always type the filename in either header or footer each time
we create document.
• But, the better way of doing it is to use insert function, which allow us
to display the filename automatically.
