RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1.That the applicant/plaintiff is filing the accompanying suit for permanent injunction and as per
the averments made therein, which may be read as part of this application, the suit of the
plaintiff to succeed.
2.That prima facie the applicant/plaintiff has a very good and is in continuous possession of the
demised premises for the last one year and there is every likely hood of his succeeding its main
suit.
3.That the balance of convenience very heavily lies in the favor of the plaintiff and against the
defendant. The suit of the plaintiff /applicant to be decreed with cost on merits.
6.It is therefore humbly requested that the application may kindly allowed and order of
temporary injunction be passed restraining the defendant from interfering the demised premises
