Exit and Entry Point, RRR Management

● Entry Point
○ When or where to get into the market (cryptos, stocks, forex, investment)
○ 3 criterias minimum (the more the better)
■ Trend lines, S/R, Vol, MACD, RSI, Ichimoku, Fib, etc
■ Sticking or creating a trading plan that works for you. If it doesn’t, create
another plan or if you are beginner...I would recommend you to
LITERALLY copy/steal their trading plan
● What to do when you are in the trade
○ This is the most important concept
○ Stop losses / mental stop loss (you figuring where you want to stop if you didnt
put a stop loss on the exchange...great for margin trading, scalping, and day
trading)
○ Percentage Risk Ratio (not for investing)
■ Disclaimer: Your risk ratio is based on your discipline and risk factors,
different for everyone
■ 3:1 Ratio is usually the norm
■ Risk = calculated chance (math, research, probability and possibility, etc)
■ Gambling = no research, blind hope/faith, often out of impulse or fomo
■ Beginners usually is conservative = max 5% loss and 10-20% profit
■ Immediate usually little risker = max 10% and 15-30%
■ Advance usually prefers calculated risk = max 20%+ and 30%+
○ If you are down
■ Cut your losses as soon as possible (if you put in $1k and stop loss is 3%,
the you would lose $30 and have $970 to use in another trade)
○ If you are up
■ Learn to take profit
■ Stick to your trading plan and not get greedy
■ If you don't take profit, you will give it all back to the market and then
some
○ Exit Point (pretty much same as entry)
■ 3 criterias (the more the better)
● Trend lines, S/R, Vol, MACD, RSI, Ichimoku, Fib, etc
■ Stick to your plan
■ Taking profits at that % level
○ Other trading tips
■ Position Sizing = RRR, not going 100% in if you are not confident. Using
your risk factor (Beginner, Inter, Advance)
■ Depending on your trading level
● Beginners = max 3 coins they are actively trading
● Intermediate = 5-7
● Advanced= 7+
■ Once you become more confident and want to trade more = use bigger
and more monitors (2 or more monitors)
■ Upgrade your Tradingview plan to either Pro+ or the Top Tier
■ What to do if you are down more than 50% in your cryptos trade
● I would just hold it for longterm and make it an investment
