Kaleesuwari group has implemented SAP R3 4.7 during 2004 and later on upgraded to ECC 6 during
2012.

With 232 users in SAP, managing with in-house support team (consists of Basis 1, ABAP 1, SD 2,
PP/MM 1, FICO 1 and BI/BO 1)

Having this background and extended their wish to S4 HANA migration to cloud from the current SAP
setup along with Data carried to new HANA system from 2012 onward.

5) Number of company codes and legal entities and Strategic Business Unit (SBU) included in
migration. How many chart of account maintained and assigned to company codes

6) Total number of scenario to be tested in each module and end to end integrated scenario

7) Total number of development objects that are currently in use (Workflow, Reports, Interface,
Conversion, Enhancement and Forms). List to be provided along with input parameter. Out of
this list we have to check whether any object can be removed by using the new functionality
in S4 HANA and Fiori Apps. Finally the remaining development objects that are to be moved
or created in S4 HANA to be finalized. Also is there are any customized fields are in use either
in reporting or in process itself transaction level

8) What are all the Plants and Locations covered. List of all Plants, Sales office, Storage
Locations, Warehouse, Sales Depot etc.

9) Whether New GL functionality is implemented and Document splitting is activated. Whether

and crucial for management reporting that are required immediately after migration process)

18) Bank interface currently in existence for payments, receipts and BRS purpose

19) DME (Data media exchange) and / or EDI (Electronic data interchange) currently in operation
for transactions postings or other data maintenance if any

20) Whether Fund Management is activated, if not how annual budget is handled and
monitored. Is there is any other budget other than financial budget is in operation like sales
budget etc.

21) Whether COPA – Profitability analysis is activated, if yes whether it is costing based
profitability analysis. Because in S4 HANA there are major changes in this area made and also
user friendly approach and Fiori apps available

22) Do we have separated DMS for document management and maintenance in SAP

23) Why do we have to update gate pass numbers in SAP, is it used in sub-contracting scenario
etc.

24) Whether Material Ledger is activated currently or not in SAP. Actual costing run is done or
not for Finished and Semi-finished goods

25) Do we have split valuation for materials and if yes for how many materials it is maintained

26) How many vendor and customer groups are maintained and in use currently. Also GL account
group in COA. How many Secondary cost elements are there in Master Data

27) What all the currencies maintained in system. Is parallel currencies are maintained if yes
what are all they. Normally Local currency as company code currency and Group currency for
controlling area will be maintained. Because assignment of currency with ledger, ledger
group and accounting principle is changed in S4 HANA

29) Whether the current users will be available for UAT for S4 HANA migration project. If yes
what will be the amount of time can be spent in a day / week
