SHOW DESCRIPTION
George Diamond’s Mini Illusion And Quickchange Show is a very practical, but yet
spectacular show that packs small and plays big, thus being an ideal show to travel
with. Although most of the props can be transported as check in luggage on the plane,
once set on stage, the show turns every venue into a Vegas showroom with an
amazing and mystifying illusions glamorous costumes and . It is a blend of several big
illusions and illusionettes performed in a dynamic and highly energized manner, and
visual, extravagant, instant quick costume changes. This show will leave the audience
breathless and will provide an ideal family entertainment for all ages.

Yet, the show has been designed in such way that it can be presented in almost any
performance conditions and adapted to any venue. It will play equally good for very
large crowds as well as for smaller auditoriums.

SHOW DETAILS
The show is approximately 35 minutes long. It can be made slightly longer or shorter
as per Organizer’s requirements. The quickchange sequence of the show requires
somewhat longer reset, so this show can be performed up to 3-4 times a day.

The show consists of the following illusionary sequences:

- Quickchange Transformation Act – Our award winning signature act featuring

10 costume changes in a blink of an eye along with classy stage magic. The
final dress change under the shower of confetti always results in a standing
ovation.
- Cubes Illusion – The lovely assistant enters a cabinet and gets divided in 2
parts which are then pierced with large tubes in a most impossible manner. The
2 parts of the girl are finally divided apart. Her hand is protruding from one of
the parts and waving to the audience. Finally, she emerges unharmed and in a
different dress, to the amazement of the audience!
- Super Walking Knot Illusion – Mystifying illusionary routine that does not use
the big boxes, and is performed only with 5 meters of rope stretched across the
stage. This illusion involves audience interaction.
- Crazy Bottles – A funny routine with bottles and glasses in which everyone gets
amazed. The bottles and glasses keep changing places, and too many bottles
keep appearing from nowhere all the time. Everyone will love this fun packed
routine!
- Vegas Big Card Monte – Performed to the Viva Las Vegas tune by Elvis, the
audience will witness a choreographed game with 3 huge sized cards. No
matter what, they won’t be able to find the Queen between two Kings as cards
mysteriously change places in hands of George and his assistant. A nostalgic,
elegant and funny Vegas experience!
- Head Vanish Illusion - Amazing illusionette in which the girl’s head vanishes
without a trace, while the rest of her body seated on a chair moves to the
rhythm of the music.
- Floating Table Illusion – The little table suddenly comes to life and starts to float
over the stage. It dances with George, flies above the heads of the audience
and finally dances in midair around a spectator. This illusion involves audience
participation.
- Vanishing Stereo – This is an amazing finale to the show! The brokend sound is
suddenly heard from the stereo that was playing the music during the show.
George covers it with a cloth and in an instant the music stops. George throws
the covered stereo high up in the air, and all of a sudden, just the empty cloth
falls into George’s hands. The stereo has vanished in mid air!!! George lifts the
empty cloth and the words printed on it say “The End”!

 PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS
These are basic performance conditions. The detailed Technical Rider will be
provided once the show has been booked.

The show is versatile and adaptable to different venues.

- The raised stage is not mandatory. However, this kind of show looks best when
presented on a raised stage.
- The show can fully be performed even on small stages (we have managed to
perform it even on a 3m x 3m stage), but it looks best when performed on an
8m x 5m stage or larger.
- This show uses several pieces of large equipment, so some backstage space
for storage of the equipment and assistant’s costume changes between the
sequences of the show is needed.
- This show looks best when performed under professional lighting (spotlights of
500 W or more). The lights will enhance the visual aspects of the show, the
beautiful design of the props as well as the glamorous costumes George and
his assistant use on stage.
- A professional audio system is needed. Some of the music for the show should
be played on cues, so a technical rehearsal with a sound technician is
mandatory.
- Stagehands (1 or 2) are needed for this show. Local stagehands provided by
the Organizers can be used. Minimum 2 technical rehearsals with stagehands
are mandatory before the first show. The role of the stagehands is to handle the
equipment during the show as well as to help reset the show if performed
several times during the same day.

EQUIPMENT/PROPS
A good side of this show is that it can all be transported as check in luggage on the
plane (some prearrangements with the airlines are necessary in this case, having in
mind that the dimensions and weights of the cases are somewhat different from the
usual airline luggage standards).Also the shipment of the props can be organized in
such way so that large ATA cases can be transported as cargo shipment, while the
rest of the equipment can be carried as check in luggage. Some equipment used in
this show comes in ATA cases (items 1 to 5) and some of it comes in regular suitcases
(item 6). The weight (in kilos) and the dimensions (in centimeters) of the cases are:

1) 124 x 68 x 25 – 50 kg
2) 77 x 49 x 41.5 – 15 kg
3) 79 x 99 x 40 – 60 kg
4) 100 x 100 x 30 – 30 kg
5) 35.5 x 63.5 x 58 – 15 kg
 6) 2 suitcases of approximately 25 kilos each

FEE
We are proud to be able to offer this show for a special festival fee of US$ 5 000 for a
one month contract, US$ 3 200 for a two week contract or US$ 2 500 for one week
contract.
