PE DARTS 3.

All thrown darts count but darts


that miss the board, fall from or
- Old English pub game bounce off board, receive o score.
- From England -> Archery A dart that sticks into another dart
- Game of talent, skills and luck counts as a thrown dart but
- Precise and accurate receives no score.
- Segment 20 is at the top center 4. The score is determined by the
- Bulls eye to floor, 5ft. 8” point of entry of the dart board on
- Throwing distance: 7ft. 9” the wire decisions, not the color.
- Board is made out of cork and 18”
in diameter

Equipments:
1. Dart pin (3 dart pins)
 Flight: stabilizes the pin
 Shaft
 barrel
2. Dart board
 20 segments or wedges
 outer narrow ring – x2
 inner narrow ring – x3
 outer bull – 25 pts.
 Inner bull- 50 pts.
 Black = miss shot
3. Dart stand: scoring area where it
hangs the board

Games:
1. Killers
- objective is to hit and close the
numbers 12-20 and bulls eye
- gain additional points
- 3 pts. To close the number

2. 01
- 601, 501, 301, 101
- double last pin to end game or hit
the bull’s-eye
- goal Is to reach zero

Dart Rules:
1. each player has a turn consisting of
3 darts.
2. To determine who begins, each
player throws one dart at a bull’s
eye. The closest begins.
