 Studying drawings, plans or patterns of structures to be made or repaired as per requirements.
 Hands on experience in operation of coal fired & gas fired boilers and steam turbines including
start up for boiler and turbine in hot & cold condition.
 Furthermore involvement of operation and commissioning activity of high pressure pumps,
cooling tower, water and air cooled condenser & ESP for dust emission controlling etc.
 Preparation of common reports like daily & monthly production report (DPR & MPR), monthly
MIS,TG monitoring data, GTG energy consumption data.

 Shut Down Operation:

 Supervising all shutdown works including technical inputs for innovative methodologies,
identifying areas of obstruction and advising on process changes of site activities for
improvements

 I am presently working as Asst.Manager in OSBL POWER PLANT (54 MW) at


Matix Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd ., Panagarh, West Bengal, From March 2017
to till date.

I have responsibility in the following operation:

 24 MW Gas Turbine, CBM fired make GE, Model- 5002E.

 30 MW Condensing type Steam Turbine make SKODA.

 110 TPH Gas fired WATER TUBE BOILER make Thermax and working pressure
129 kg/cm2, 515+/-5 0 C temperature.

 80 TPH HRSG BOILER make Thermax and working pressure 129kg/cm2, 515+/-5 0 C
temperature.

Previous Organisations :
 Mar.2012 to Mar.2017 Chaliyama Steel Plant, Rungta Mines Ltd. ,Jharkhand
as Junior Manager in POWER PLANT (40MW).

Responsibility in Commissioning & Operation activities of:

 2x20 MW Steam turbine make SIEMENS, 115 TPH A.F.B.C.(Coal Fired), 7x 10 TPH
WHRB BOILER make CVPL.

 Nov. 2011 to Mar. 2012 CORPORATE ISPAT ALLOYS LTD (CIAL) ABHIJEET
GROUP, Durgapur, West Bengal, as an Engineer in POWER PLANT (10MW-Biomass) .
