Numeric Fields in Grids:

Ctrl+B Calculate the “balance” that is the total of the rest of the lines in the grid.

When in toolbar mode:

Beginning letter of any selection in the toolbar when you are in toolbar
Go to that button if that button had a drop down, it will drop it down,
Type the underlined character of any of that buttons’ pulldown
Execute that action.
Type that character again
Go to the second button beginning with that letter, etc.
 Next button

 Make that button appear like it is pushed down,

Alternate the pushed-down status of any button that has a drop down if
that button is already pushed down
Alt Exit toolbar mode
Esc Exit toolbar mode
Enter Do the default button, if one is defined
Esc Do the cancel button, if one is defined
Alt-Underlined character of a pulldown menu
Pull down that menu
Underlined character of a selection in a pulled down menu
That selection (example: Alt-F V does a save and close. The Alt-F
drops down the file menu and V is the accelerator key for save and
close)

Activity Explorer Window:

Enter Alternate between focus on folder tree and item view
Insert New window for the selected folder
Folder Pane:
 Expand if on a folder that can be expanded
Move to first child folder if on a folder already expanded
Do nothing if on a folder not expandable and without children
 Collapse-in when on expanded folder
Move to parent node when on non-expanded folder
 Move to previous folder in tree

 Move to next folder in tree

Ctrl+Home Scroll to top of folder pane, selected folder does not change
Ctrl+End Scroll to top of folder pane, selected folder does not change
PageUp Scroll up one screen in folder pane, selected folder moves
Ctrl+PageUp Scroll up on screen in folder pane, selected folder doesn’t
change

HD Pane:
Shift+Ctrl++ Temporarily resize all columns to the minimum width
Ctrl+N Create a new window for a new record
Page Up Move the focus on the selected record up one screen
Page Down Move the focus on the selected record down one screen
Enter Open the selected record in Edit mode (or, the default action)
Ctrl+A Select all records in the folder
Shift+Click Select all records between this and the previous left-click
Ctrl+Click Select multiple individual records (or unselect)
Ctrl+F Apply/Unapply the previous filter
