1 0 RS & PDSCH having same power
1 -1.77 RS +1.77 dB
1 -3 RS +3 dB
2 -4.77 RS +4.77 dB but PDSCH type B -1.2 dB
3 -6 RS +6 dB but PDSCH type B -3 dB

PSD =(pMax)-10*LOG10(PRBs_DL*12), where pMax is Maximum eNB transmit power per


antenna port and PRBs is Number of available PRBs in DL.
RS Power = PSD - PA
PDSCH Type B =PSD +10*LOG10(PB)f
