FMC Waypoint Creation Format 737

There are several formats for creating waypoints in the FMC: 1. PBD waypoints specify a point that is at a specific bearing and distance from an existing waypoint in the FMC database. 2. BB waypoints define a point at the intersection of courses from two existing waypoints defined by their bearings. 3. ATWs mark a descent or climb restriction issued by ATC that is a certain distance before or after an existing waypoint along the flight route. 4. LLWs are pilot-entered waypoints defined by latitude and longitude coordinates.
