Course description:
This course is designed for Scrum team members, Scrum Master and Product Owner to have a deep
understanding of Scrum to apply into the process efficiently. During the course, trainees will
understand completely the roles in the Scrum Project Management and how to do the Scrum best in
the current situation of the project.

Evaluation
Evaluation in the course combines both individual and group elements. It will be based on two group
exercises, two individual quizzes. Two individual quizzes will be randomly given to trainees.
Maximum grade of each individual quiz is 10. Maximum grade of 2 individual quizzes is 20. Two
group exercises will be given to trainees during the workshop. Maximum grade of each group
exercise is 20. Maximum grade of 2 group exercises is 40.
Trainees are required to participate at least 75% sections of workshop (there are 4 sections in this
workshop) and have at least 20 points.
