At the end of the lesson, the students are able to:


a. use some advanced capabilities of Microsoft Word commonly used to increase
productivity and efficiency;
b. effectively use these features to help improve the productivity of an organization through
maximizing the potential of Microsoft Word;
c. create form letters or documents for distribution to various recipients;
d. create labels and envelopes for distribution; and
e. create media-rich documents for printing or publishing.

The students will describe briefly how they can insert pictures or images in a Word document.

Categorize the components of Mail Merge and Label Generation.
Describe or enumerate the steps in generating labels.
Classify the Integrating and External Materials and discuss the different Image Placement.

What are the two components of mail merge and steps in creating Mail Merge?
Identify at least two other opportunities to create and distribute or send a merged document or labels
and make sample of each.

they usually log in. These statistics are used to know when a site owner should publish new content and
which determine which content could affect more visitors.
