Customer 1:

3 ladies entered in the outlet and directly went towards the section of sale. After watching some
suits they checked the prices but they bought nothing. When they were asked why they didn’t
bought anything they said “prices are too high and those particular dresses don’t worth that
much.” That’s why they left.

Customer 2:
2 young girls came and looked for new arrivals and bought 2 kurties. They said “they are the
loyal customer of J. because prices are affordable and designs are unique.
According to the sales man customers are more attracted towards the sale items.

1st Step
Date: 24-october-2019
Day: Thursday
Time: 8:00pm
Customer:
There was a family, they were looking suiting shoes. They were more interested in good designs
rather than prices. They said “they are not concern with sale or new arrivals; they just want good
designs and quality.
They didn’t bought anything because they didn’t liked anything.
According to sales man people focus on sale item more.

Khaadi
Date: 26-october-2019
Day: Saturday
Time: 4:00pm
Customer 1:
They moved towards the new arrivals. They had a big issue with the price and due to that they
didn’t bought anything although they liked 2 dresses. According to them “ prices are too high
that’s and they can’t afford such prices.

Customer 2:

They liked some dresses but they have issue with the stitching style. They wanted to
have some dresses in proper fitting. They bought 2 dresses which they thought are
good in fitting.

According to sales man people are more concern with designs rather than new arrivals
or sale item.

Outfitters

Date: 26-october-2019

Day: Saturday

Time: 4:45pm

Customer 1:

A man came with his family. He first approached kids section then ladies and then
gents. He bought many items. He was more attracted towards sale items. He said “sale
prices are more reasonable that’s why he comes whenever there is sale. They get
products of good quality according to their expectations.”
Customer 2:

The boy just bought 2 sweaters. He is loyal customer of this brand because “according
to him designs are very good and prices are affordable that’s why he always visit this
brand and satisfy his needs.”

Bonanza Satrangi

Date: 30-october-2019

Day: Wednesday

Time: 9:45pm

Customer 1:

2 ladies entered and looked for party wear. They bought 3 dresses. They said “Although
prices are too high but still they bought 3 dresses because they liked the designs and
quality of dresses. They further said they not only buy female products but male
products too because the dresses are so decent and there stitching is perfect.”

Customer 2:

A husband along with her wife entered. They looked every product which was in sale
but bought nothing. He said “prices are reasonable but quality of products is low and
designs are not as per their expectations. That’s why they didn’t bought anything.”

According to sales man customers are more attracted towards sale item and whenever
there is sale season number of customers increase.

Mc Donalds

Date: 30-october-2019

Day: Wednesday
Time: 10:30pm

Customer:

A couple came and directly went to the counter and ordered 2 vanilla cones. They said
“vanilla cone is one of their best off springs. Whenever we come on outing we always
have vanilla cone it increases our enjoyment and it is suitable for anytime refreshment
with reasonable price.”

ARY Jewelers Karachi

Date: 4-november-2019

Day: Monday

Time: 5:00pm

Customer:

A man with his wife entered and went to necklace sets counter. After purchasing he told
“Since ARY have launched this brand we always come here to buy jewelry because
counters are made for every part of body jewelry which makes us easy to achieve our
target. Other than this employees are so kind hearted and designs are unique and most
important gold is pure it is not mixed with many other metals.” They bought jewelry for
their daughter’s wedding.

One of their employee said customers comes here because we give products on
reasonable prices we don’t promote bargaining.

Ginsoy Karachi (chinees food restaurant)

Date: 04-november-2019

Day: Monday

Time: 9:00pm
Customer:

A sindhi family came and they asked for biryani after looking at menu card. The person
who was taking order told them that they don’t have biryani in menu they have just
chinees food so they ordered chinees food. But they didn’t like the food because it was
not according to their taste. They didn’t have a good experience so they never want to
come back there ever.
