BELEN CONTEST 2019

MECHANICS
1. Entries must be made of recyclable and indigenous
materials ONLY.
2. Participants or Parol makers must register only one
(1) entry per individual/ group.
3. Participants must be a resident of Barangay Ponglon,
San Jose, Camarines Sur only.
4. Size must be greater than 3 ft but not less than 3 ft.
5. Only 10 entries will be accommodated.
6. The registration of entries will start on November 10,
2018 (pls register at the Brgy. Hall or contact SK
Chairperson Vanessa A. Cepe # 09482932538)
7. Posting of the Parol will be on December 1, 2018.
8. The Parol must be capable of being hanged, or
propped on a bamboo to be hanged.
9. Final judging will be on December 1, 2018 after the
posting.
10. Announcement/awarding of winners will be on
December 15, 2018.

Criteria for Judging: The prizes for this Parol


Originality 40% Making are as follows:
Creativity 40% 1st Prize - 3,000
General Appearance 20% 2nd Prize – 2,000
100% 3rd Price - 1,500
Consolation Prizes: 1000
