stated in COA Circular No. 2019-001, section 4.0.

Please be reminded that your non-compliance will result in the issuance of a


Demand Letter from the Commission on Audit (COA Cir. 2019-001; Sec. 4.6). In order to
avoid issuance of Demand Letter or any possible penalty (COA Cir. 2019-001; Sec. 6) we
are requesting you to submit immediately to the Office of the Municipal Accountant, your
financial transaction documents through your Barangay Treasurer.

Your preferential action regarding the above mentioned matter will be greatly
appreciated.
