Problem Summary

The tech and digital industry is advancing globally; with the emergence of new technologies like artificial
intelligence, cloud computing, virtual reality, Fintech (Financial Technology), etc., the slope of innovation
is going higher and there is a need to keep up with the pace.

The rise in tech-based innovations has got a significant impact on business operations and its day-day to
activities. There are easier ways to sell, market, scale, brand and engage in business activities than there
were in the last decade.

But in this part of the world (Africa in its totality), business aren’t leveraging the emergence of
technology in general to drive their growth. Our survey reveals over 90% of small and medium business
owners are not aware of these creative tech solutions for business development.

This provides a viable opportunity for us to provide creative and tech-based solutions to businesses and
entrepreneurs in all fields of endeavor.

Solution Summary

Our company will encourage small and medium businesses, entrepreneurs, and corporations to move
from the local sphere into the international and global standards of operation. We will help our market
to utilize ICT in factoring production and commercial transactions. We will deliver tech-based solutions
that will help our clients run more profitable businesses.

Market

Based on the versatility and variation of the services and products (software) we are launching in the
business sphere, ‘Our Company’ sees our prospective customers categorized into four broad categories
and describe them as follows:

 The Entrepreneur – our emerging products and services targets entrepreneurs specifically by
providing consulting, business development and tech-driven services.
 The Start-up – this is typically a small organization or partnership composed of a small number
of participants starting or growing their business. The services provided for The Entrepreneur is
scaled to service startups.
 The Mini Organization – this is typically a small business that is already established. They may or
may not already have some involvements with technology. We are targeting these organizations
and providing products and services that will revamp their existing models and operations and
ultimately yield performance improvements.
 The Car Owners and Repairers – One of our products is targeted solely at car owners and
repairers. This product will provide cost-effective vehicle maintenance for both vehicle owners
and repairers.
 The Enterprise Companies and Government Parastatals – Scaling our company up, we will be
providing enterprise solutions and networks of digital innovation for companies in the
manufacturing, banking and finance, and computing industries.

‘Our company’ offers the expertise a high-technology company needs to develop new product
distribution and new market segments in new markets. This can be taken as high-level retainer
consulting, market research reports, or project-based consulting.

This is our agro-based solution for agro-allied industries. It is a marketplace where buyers and
sellers of agricultural products meet to exchange products for cash. This application help to fill
the gap between the demand and supply and agro products, thereby easing leads generation for
sellers and convenience for buyers. This application will be available as a web app and mobile
app. It is still under development.

 LadipoOnline
This product is being developed for car owners, repairers and spare-parts sellers. It is designed
to:
a. Curb fraudulent acts
b. Curb price inflation
c. Help entrepreneurs spare-parts market generate more sales
d. Ensure transparency in pricing
e. Ease the purchasing of spare-parts
f. Car owners can easily verify the prices of parts and even purchase it for mechanics to fix.

These products and much more are being developed to foster the development of the digital economy
and to create a platform for digitized transactions and entrepreneurial development.

Competition

The competition comes in several form:

1. The most significant form of competition is indifference – on the part of our potential clients.
Even after seeing our service offerings and products, they could still decide to continue with
their procedural form of operations. The key advantage we have over this competition is that
the entrepreneurs and managers/in-house teams (in the case of SME’s or organizations) are
already overloaded with responsibilities and don’t have the time for new market development.
We will spend time in constructing a customized analysis of the business and present new
development tactics for growth.
2. Highly influential tech based firms and companies in Nigeria like: Sidmach Technologies Nigeria
Limited, DataFlex, CheckPoint, IBM, CKDigital, CloudWare Technologies, etc. These are
companies who offer the same services that we offer. We have a few advantages over these
competitions. First, we have developed two unique products with no competition, which will
drive our professionalism in the industry and give us a high competitive edge. Secondly, contrary
to our competitors’ business model, we have productized our services and packaged them into
scalable bits which makes it easier for us to sell. We also engage the Subscription Service
Business Model (which is the first of its kind within our immediate industry and competitive
sphere) which will make our service affordable and scalable for clients.
3. Product Specific competitors (Agro-based) like AgroMarket, NovusAgro, etc. These companies
offers a marketplace for agro-based transactions just as we do. Our competitive advantages
over these companies are quite a few. First, they have no adequate online presence and no
thorough marketing scheme, as we have setup. Secondly, they have no mobile-based
applications for easy access by customers. Also, they are not driving any content marketing
scheme to drive traffic to the platform and engage clients. The UI/UX on their web application is
not physically appealing as the ones we have developed. Therefore, we have a high competitive
edge over existing competitors
