The results of the 18-question leadership quiz by Mind Tools tells me that I am on my
way to becoming a good leader. However, at a score of 72, there are areas where I didn’t score
maximum points and need to be improved. There are three areas where I received five stars (9 to
10 out of 10): Emotional Intelligence, Motivating People to Deliver the Vision, and Being a
Good Role Model. The results tell me that I have the ability to understand other people, knows
how to motivate them, and how to work cooperatively with them (Akers & Porter, n.d.). The
result also shows that I can motivate people to work towards the achievement of set goals and by
Compelling Vision of the Future, and Providing Support and Stimulation, the results show four

stars (8 out of 10 and 15 out of 20). These results tell me that my confidence still needs
