2002 to 2006 Worked As a R & D Chemist in Suven Process R&D at Suryapet.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Development of cost effective, safe and user-friendly processes for existing APIs.
• Supporting technical data for DMF filing.
• Technology transfer to pilot scale and commercial scale.
• Evaluating APIs, intermediates, key raw materials, impurities, metabolites etc., by spectroscopic
• Identifying key raw materials of project and developing impurity profile of key raw materials.
• Preparing working reference standard samples for APIs and key intermediates and reference
standard samples for intermediates and raw materials.
• Finalizing specifications of key raw materials and intermediates.
• Analytical techniques for structure elucidation: - 1H & 13C NMR Spectroscopy, Infrared
Spectroscopy, Mass, Elemental analysis, LCMS, GCMS.
• Separation/Purification Methods: chromatography, High Vacuum distillation, crystallization.

Esterification, Chlorohomologation, Nitration, Diazotization, Swern oxidation, Phase Transfer
Catalysis reactions, High pressure hydrogenation reactions, Catalytic reactions etc.
