Subject: Consultancy Assignment

Dear Shailesh,

This has reference to your application and subsequent interviews you have had with us. We are pleased
to offer you a Consultancy assignment in our Study Express Group Pvt. Ltd. For the post of counselor
based at Kathmandu, with effect from 03/15/2019 on the following terms and conditions.

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for:


- Counsel individual candidate as well as provides group educational vocational guidance
services
- Collect, organizes plus analyzes information about individuals through records, tests,
interviews plus professional sources, to appraise their interests, aptitudes, abilities plus
personality characteristics, for vocational educational planning
- Compile & studies occupational, educational and additionally economic information to
aid counselees in making as well as carrying out vocational educational objectives
- Refer students to placement service
- Assist individuals to understand as well as overcome social emotional problems
- May engage in research follow-up activities to evaluate counseling techniques
- May be designated according to area of activity as Academic Counselor education;
Career Placement Services Counselor education; Employment Counselor government
ser.; Guidance Counselor education; Vocational Adviser education.

1. This contract will be valid for 1 year with effect from 03/15/2019.
2. You would be paid monthly consultancy fees of Rs. 25000/- (Rupees in words) per month subject to
TDS.

3. Inland Travel: You will be entitled for 2000 per day or equivalent for Business travels.

4. You would be reimbursed the cost of any official long-distance calls made by you upon submission of
bills.
5. You are expected to work for 290 days in a year and you should inform your non availability in
advance.

6. During the course of your employment with Study Express Pvt. Ltd. you will be required to abide by
Express Pvt. Ltd code of conduct as detailed out in A. Non-compliance to the code of conduct will lead
to termination without notice and the management may (depending on the nature of violation)
proceed with legal lawsuit.

The contract may be terminated with one month’s notice from either side or on payment of one month’s
salary.

A. Confidentiality of Information
1. You will not divulge information about the company, customers, and any official vital information to
any outsider without prior approval from your supervising manager.

2. You will not undertake similar assignments from competitors of the similar company, during the
course of this contract.

You will take utmost care during the course of this contract in handling business information of sensitive
nature to maintain its secrecy.

B. Reporting
You are required to inform the progress of your work to Mr. Sudeep Khatiwoda.

Kindly communicate your acceptance of this contract by signing a copy of this letter and returning it to
us.
