Services

We offer services for companies with import and export activities and companies that are
Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Registered. We can transfer all kinds of
cargoes, from your precious documents to raw materials and finished products from one
zone to another and locally or internationally. We can store all types of cargoes whether in
a pallet, boxes or big rolls. We also can provide temperature-controlled room storage.

SPLI History
August 31, 2005
SGL Philippines E-Zone Services, Inc. was established to be one of the best warehousing,
logistics and freight forwarding company fully committed to meet customer demands as
well as statutory and regulatory requirements.

October 26, 2005

The Company was registered with PEZA under Republic Acts (RA) No. 7916, as an
Economic Logistics Service Enterprise at the First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) -
Special Economic Zone.

October 28, 2008

SGL Philippines E-Zone Services, Inc. and Sumisho Global Logistics Phils., Inc. merged.
The Company was registered with Securities and Exchange Commission last August 31,
2005 and started its commercial operation last December 01, 2005.

December 17, 2008

Company merged with its sister company, Sumisho Global Logistics Phils. Inc. Merged
operation started on January 01, 2009.

January 05, 2015

The company successfully had its new name approved by the Security and Exchange
Commission as SUSUMI PHILIPPINE LOGISTICS, INC.

FPIP is located in the CALABARZON (Cavite-Laguna-Batangas-Rizal-Quezon) area,
which continues to attract a significant number of foreign investors.

CERTIFICATIONS
FPIP is an Integrated Management System (IMS) certified company that adheres to
international quality, environment, and health and safety standards since 2001. It is
certified by Certification International (CI) and adheres to the highest quality standards of
customer service. In 2015, FPIP obtained recertification in ISO 9001:2008, ISO
14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 for the development and management of industrial
parks.
In 2010, FPIP received its Investors in People (IIP) Certification from the IIP Quality
Centre in the Philippines, making FPIP the first and the only industrial park in the
Philippines with this distinction. In 2012, FPIP garnered the IIP Bronze recognition for
continuing to value its human resources in the pursuit of the organizational success.

What We Offer

Utilities
A dedicated Meralco 115kv substation has been built inside the
Park for the exclusive use of FPIP and its locators, which is
connected to three separate circuits in Canlubang, Los Banos
and Mak-Ban, in the adjacent province of Laguna. With these
in place, locators are assured of reliable and stable power
supply. FPIP’s underground power distribution grid system
further enhances this stable power supply by minimizing the
risk of power failure during inclement weather.

Water
FPIP provides industrial water to its locators from the 15 deep
wells and above-ground reservoirs strategically located within
the Park. FPIP also has a modern waste water treatment and
cetralized sewerage collection and treatment facility for
secondary treatment of industrial and waste water. A
centralized distribution system backed up by a full-scale
generator system ensures uninterrupted 24/7 water supply to
locators.
Infrastructure
FPIP offers a wide concrete road system with 6-
lane, 40m right-of-way (ROW) main roads and
23m ROW secondary roads. The Park’s
thoroughfares are enhanced by wide sidewalks,
appropriate street lighting, directional signages,
pedestrian and bicycle lanes, planting strips and
an underground tunnel. An extensive modern
underground drainage stystem ensures a flood-
free environment, while a First-To-Stop, First-
To-Go rule and other traffic measures are strictly
enforced throughout the Park to ensure free-
flowing traffic and maximum road safety for all
Park visitors.

Telecommunications
FPIP’s best-in-class underground telecom cables and
multiple telecommunications partnerships guarantee
reliable high-speed, high-volume communication services.

Environment & Community Relations

Environmental protection is a key priority of FPIP,

with strict environment, safety and health standards
within the Park. Deputized by the Laguna Lake
Development Authority, FPIP strictly adheres to
government environment standards, continuosly
monitoring and ensuring compliance from its
locators. Activities ranging from prospecting of
locators and construction, as well as the day-to-day
management of the Park, are testament to FPIP’s
unwavering commitment.

Amenities & Services

The Oasis Commercial Center, hotels, specialty
restaurants, sports and recreation facilities, as well as
Eco-Parks with trekking trails are located inside FPIP for
locators, their guests and Park visitors.

PEZA
PEZA - attached to the Department of Trade and Industry - is the Philippine government
agency tasked to promote investments, extend assistance, register, grant incentives to and
facilitate the business operations of investors in export-oriented manufacturing and service
facilities inside selected areas throughout the country proclaimed by the President of the
Philippines as PEZA Special Economic Zones.
BOI
The Philippine Board of Investments (BOI), an attached agency of Department of Trade
and Industry (DTI), is the lead government agency responsible for the promotion of
investments in the Philippines.
Taking the lead in the promotion of investments, BOI assists Filipino and foreign investors
