WELCOME AND GREET GUEST


W: Good afternoon Mam, Welcome to XYZ Restaurant. Do we hold any reservation Mam?
G: No
W: May I suggest a table for you mam?
G: Yes please
W: Smoking or Non-Smoking Area?
G: Non-Smoking Area please
W: Ok Mam, Please follow me, this way please.

SIT THE GUEST


W: Will this table ok for you mam?
G: Yes
W: Ok mam, have a sit please.
G: Ok thank you
W: would you like me to put the table napkin on your lap mam?
G: yes please
W: Excuse me mam, I’ll get water first.
(Serve water)

ORDER TAKING
W:Mam, here’s the menu for your selection.
G: ok
W: May I Take now your order mam?
G: Ok, I would like to order Corn Soup, Greek Salad, Beef Steak and Mango Float please.
W: How about the wine mam? May I suggest a wine for you mam? Since your main course
is Beef Steak, it is best accompanied with our best seller the Bordeaux Red Wine produced
in France in a year 2012 with 12% alcohol volume. Would you like one bottle of it mam?
G: Yes I will order one bottle of that Bordeaux red wine.
W: May I repeat your order mam, you ordered Corn Soup, Greek Salad, Beef Steak and
Mango Float and 1 bottle of Bordeaux Red Wine. Did I get it right mam? Would that be all
mam?
G: Yes. Thank you!
W: Ok mam, wait for about 15 minutes and I will serve your order. Excuse me.

W: Thank you mam I received 3000 pesos, I’ll be back for your change. Excuse me.
