Jette’s Business Center Co. has been in the business of providing accounting services,
processing of business registrations, preparation of legal forms, and other similar services to
various business establishments since 2004. At present, we are servicing roughly 200 clients
whose trust and confidence we have already gained through the years by providing them services
with utmost efficiency and regard for quality.

Jette’s Business Center Co. schedule of work and fees are as follows:

Monthly Retainer’s Fee : Php 5,000.00


Auditing Fee (April 15 Filing of ITR/FS): Php 10,000.00 – for Sales 10M Below
: Php 45,000.00 – for Sales 10M to 100M
: Php 65,000.00 – for Sales 101M to 1B
: Php 80,000.00 – For Sales 1B above
Miscellaneous fees that would cover other services not included in the scope of
work mentioned that you may request from us (Transportation expenses &
documentation).
Processing fees that may occur during filing of documents for some government
agencies. (e.g. SEC & City/Municipal Government)
*** Please note that Retainer’s Fee and Audit Fee are NET of Withholding Tax.

Agency Services Included


Bureau of  Preparation and payment of monthly withholding tax (expanded &
Internal Revenue compensation), monthly value-added tax (VAT), quarterly VAT, annual
(BIR) Income Tax Return (ITR) with financial statements, quarterly ITR,
annual Registration Fee, Documentary Stamp Tax, etc.
 Preparation and filing of annual ALPHALIST (expanded & compensation)
 Preparation and filing of annual inventory list
 Pick up of Receipts/Invoices or Email to us Summary of Sales and
Purchases.
