Candidate should possess good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, FIORI Applications, in all the
area of SAP PP(PP Master Data: MRP, BOM, Recipe, Routing, Work Centers, Production
Version, Manufacturing Interfaces / Integration: MES, RIS, Process Orders, Process Sheets, PP-
PI order processing, Repetitive Manufacturing: Backflushing, Order confirmation, Production
Batch Management, Plant Capacity Planning, Safety Stock Planning, APO SNP Optimizer, APO
SNP GATP, PP/DS, Demand Planning, Long Term Planning, Sales & Operations Planning) &
QM (QM Master Data: Inspection Methods, Quality Characteristics, Catalogs, Sampling
Schema), Quality Management: Integration / Interfaces: LIMS, etc. QM Quality Planning: In
process / outbound inspections, QM Quality Certificates, QM Quality Assurance, Notifications,
Corrective and Preventive Actions).

The consultant should be an expert in requirement gathering, gap analysis, business process
mapping, blueprinting, functional specifications preparation, training manuals and configuration
related documentation, configuration, testing, training and support.

The consultant should also possess SAP ABAP debugging skills, and should have good
experience in supporting production issues (both L1 and L2) in SAP – PPQM. He should possess
experience on working on RICEFW and minor enhancements.

The consultant should be efficient in testing the changes in both development and quality
environment before moving the changes to the Production Environment.

The consultant should be able to cover support for the majority of the modules listed below

 Configuration of PP Modules & Interfaces:


o PP Master Data: MRP, BOM, Recipe, Routing, Work Centers, Production
Version
o Manufacturing Interfaces / Integration: MES, RIS, Process Orders, Process
Sheets, PP-PI order processing
o Repetitive Manufacturing: Backflushing, Order confirmation, Production Batch
Management, Plant Capacity Planning, Safety Stock Planning, APO SNP
Optimizer, APO SNP GATP, PP/DS, Demand Planning, Long Term Planning,
Sales & Operations Planning
 Configuration of QM Modules & Interfaces:
o QM Master Data: Inspection Methods, Quality Characteristics, Catalogs,
Sampling Schema
o Integration / Interfaces: LIMS, etc.
o QM Quality Planning: In process / outbound inspections, QM Quality
Certificates, QM Quality Assurance, Notifications, Corrective and Preventive
Actions
 Configuration & mapping of various documents in PPQM domains listed above
Desired Skills and Experience
 Minimum of 8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support
projects.
 Experience in Business/Solution Architecture, SAP PP & QM Consulting &
Configurations, Integration, Support & Lead Consultant, Project Lead, Project Manager
etc.)Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
 Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
 Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
 Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
attitude
