1) A new layout copy Z1-201 was created from the standard layout 1-201 and assigned to the new planner profile ZCOALL. 2) The file KP26-Final template.xls was uploaded using transaction code KP26 by selecting the ZCOALL planner profile and choosing the CSV format upload file 01_1P2_ZCOALL_001Z1-201. 3) The upload status was checked and results can be viewed in report KSBT using transaction code KP27 and standard profile SAPALL.

a) Transaction code -KP26
b) Click on set planner profile

C) Choose planner profile – ZCOALL


D) Click on extras -> excel planning -> Upload

e) Choose CSV format upload file;

Choose Import Single File


Choose separator as ,
Choose File Type as CSV and select file
Choose File description “01_1P2_ZCOALL_001Z1-201”

Click on Execute button


F) Upload file status

Click on OK
Uploaded results check in KP27

Select standard profile – SAPALL

T Code -KP27
Report -KSBT
