Our tunnel fans ensure safety and comfort in street,

metro and rail tunnels. They prove their power right
from the construction of the tunnel project and supply
the construction site with fresh air.

Tunnel fans transport exhaust gases, dust and heat to

the outside, ensuring a clear view and reasonable condi-
tions for people and machines. In the case of fire, they
keep escape and rescue routes free of exhaust gases
and heat. Our tunnel smoke extraction fans are tested

Improved air quality, lower investment and operational

costs, as well as optimum safety in the case of fire are

The "Dubai Mall," the largest shopping mall in the

world, opened in January 2008. Systemair supplied
1.826 jet fans of the AJR type for the ventilation of
the underground car parks. Upon request, they were
coated with a special white powder. The mall has car
parks for approximately 16.000 vehicles. The contract
value was about 1.3 million Euro. The assignment was
completed between March and September 2006.

The Diakoniewerk Duisburg uses a 4.200 m2 large new building for train-
ing young people in manual professions. In this case, the highly variable
ventilation requirements of carpentry, painting upholstery and HVAC have
