doorjambs, doorstoppers and threshold to be free from epoxy paint.

b Skirting Finishes – For cleaning and final painting. Proper termination of


paint to be implemented.

c Wall Finishes – For final painting. Wall surfaces to be smooth prior to


final painting. Switches, outlets and any device or equipment attached
to the wall must be free from paint.
Repair all cracks on surfaces and corners.
Repair all damage edges, gaps in switch & outlet covers.
Proper termination of paint between walls, doorjambs and skirting for
implementation.
d Ceiling Finishes – For touch up paint.

IV Control and relay room:

a Floor Finishes – For final epoxy coating. Skirting, doorjambs,

be implemented.

c Wall Finishes – For final painting. Wall surfaces to be smooth prior to

to the wall must be free from paint.
