I. INTRODUCTION:
Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 124 dated January 5, 2017, declaring the month of
January every year as National Bible Month culminating in the last week thereof as National Bible Week. The
celebrations aims to: Support efforts to strengthen the ethical and spiritual values and develop the moral
character of the Filipino people; Bear witness to the profound impact of the Bible on the life of nations, and
how it has moved and inspired many people and; Mold the spiritual, moral and social fiber of our citizenry,
that national attention be focused on the importance of reading and studying the Bible. Relative to this, the
Department of Education will conduct school-based activities anchored on Bible promotion and preservation
this January 27-31, 2020 with the theme “#2020 Vision: The Bible Transforms and Unites the Nation.”
The primary way God speaks to us in through the Bible. This means that one of the first things you
should do in your search for God’s purpose is to start digging into scripture. Studying the scriptures is
important because of the direction we need in our lives. Studying the scriptures is important because scripture
study is a preparation for and prerequisite to receiving personal revelation.
In Christianity, Bible study is the study of the Bible by ordinary people as a personal religious or
spiritual practice. Some denominations may call this devotion or devotional acts.
In education, the term stakeholder typically refers to anyone who is invested in the welfare and
success of a school and its students, including administrators, teachers, staff members, students, parents,
families, community members and elected school officials.
Sta. Rosa Integrated Elementary School is blessed to have very supportive and cooperative
stakeholders who always will us in our entire school activities. They shared their knowledge and experiences
that will contribute for better learning. And with this, we are very thankful for them.
There are some pupils who are not serious with the activities. Some are not participative with the
given activities. Some participate because they look at it as compliance only without knowing that all the
learning and insights that they will learn from it will contribute to make them a better person with good values
and a good heart.
VI. RECOMMENDATIONS:
Knowing that this kind of activities is very beneficial to all of us, I recommend doing it yearly. Provide
more activities for our pupils because they will learn lot from it and indeed it is a life changing experience to
all of us.
