About CinKod Technologies

We at CinKod Technologies provide customer services such as laundry order booking


management system and delivery services. We operate a fleet of delivery personnel
who pick-up orders from customers, deliver it to the laundry service providers and vice-
versa.
This Start Up being 3 years old is providing service in two major cities which are
Chennai and Noida. We will be soon expanding to many more metropolitan cities.

We have bagged the first position at "Global Accelerator Program" among 150 teams
from all over the country held at Bangalore, organized by the University of California,
Berkeley. We achieved the first position at Uber's nationwide hunt for India's brightest
startups, the "UberPITCH".
The average age of our workforce is 22 years old. At CinKod, we believe in the never-
ending spirit of youth, that keeps them going onwards and upwards.

Application process:
This document contains a short description for what we look for in the roles that we are
interested in hiring, and also the break-up of the salary package offered. It also contains
information about internships. Please read the document thoroughly before applying.

We expect everyone to apply only for the role that they are really interested in.
However, during the interview process, if the panel members strongly feel that someone
might be better suited for another role, we will check with the candidate about their
interest and inclination towards that role and subsequently interview them for that role.

What we look for:

CinKod is looking to hire smart, determined and passionate students who'll be


graduating in 2020 for multiple roles.
The Product-Ops team at CinKod is dedicated to the vision of ensuring that the end-
user (Consumer, Laundry Partner & Delivery Partners) makes full and efficient use of
the products. The team is also built with the focus of ensuring the launch, distribution &
scalability of products happen in an efficient and faster pace. Product-Ops will also
amplify the user's voice and build tight feedback systems to help the product team built
the products right. Here is a short description of traits that we look for in each of these
roles from students fresh out of college:

Operations :-

 Effective Analytical & Communications Skills


 Attitude & Aptitude for Process & Systems
 Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment
 Ability to lead projects from conceptualization to closure, leveraging internal
resources to get things done.
 Experience in clubs & event management is plus.

About the Roles & Responsibilities:


 Develop and execute Product GTM (Go-To-Market).
 Timelines, Adoption goals, and Performance metrics.
 Work effectively across CinKod with stakeholders such as supply, operations,
business, marketing, product, and finance to project-manage implementation and
achieve GTM goals
 Performance Management- Weekly reports, Adoption and performance metrics,
creating dashboards, qualitative inputs
 Manage/Maintain Core Logistics/Delivery Product Configurations & Rule-Based
Serviceability (RBS)
 Work with an expansion team and support the configuration set-up and SOP
management for all new city launches.

Salary offered:
Total pay: Rs. 4.6 LPA (with an 70/30 split on v-pay which will be paid out every month
based on achievement of targets)

Fixed: Rs.3,22,000
Variable: Rs.1,38,000
Bonus: Rs. 2,00,000
Internship:
Students who are selected for PPO will have to join the internship. Based on the
internship performance PPO will be offered as per the details stated above.

Monthly stipend: Rs. 4000 + Rs.6000 (Based on Performance)

All internships are for 5 days a week. We would prefer everyone to intern with us for a
6-month duration. In cases the students are unavailable for 6 months but available for a
shorter timeframe, we are open to taking interns as long as there is a minimum 5
months (Five full calendar months – starting an internship in November 4th week and
ending it in January 1st week does not count as three months) duration that the
students are available for.
