Item Description

Architectural BIM Modelling BIM modelling for Architectural elements are consist of but not
limited to Walls, Floors, Columns, Doors, Windows, Ceilings, Roof
and standard material finishes within Architectural
responsibilities exclude any elements fall under Interior Design
category. The outcome of Architectural BIM model should be at
Level of Detail (LOD) 300 to represent the design intent of the
responsible Architect. The model should reflect or based on the
given Architectural layout produced by responsible Architect
only, exclude any amendments or design changes to the agreed
initial layout given.

Structural BIM Modelling BIM modelling for Structural elements are consist of but not
limited to Foundations, Walls, Floors, Columns, Framings and
Roof and any relevant elements within Structural Engineering
practice. The outcome of Structural BIM model should be at
Level of Detail (LOD) 300 to represent the design intent of the
responsible Engineer. The model should reflect or based on the
given Structural layout produced by responsible Engineer only,
exclude any amendments or design changes to the agreed initial
layout given.

Mechanical and Electrical BIM BIM modelling for Mechanical and Electrical elements are consist
Modelling of but not limited to Ducts, Pipes, Cable Tray and standard
fittings and accessories within Mechanical Engineering practice.
The outcome of Mechanical and Electrical BIM model should be
at Level of Detail (LOD) 300 to represent the design intent of the
responsible Engineer. The model should reflect or based on the
given Mechanical and Electrical layout produced by responsible
Engineer only, exclude any amendments or design changes to
the agreed initial layout given.
