Other Terms & Conditions

a) The Client will have the rights of the Web link/Website and will be free to use the
copies of the software (Web link) in their premises alone. Therefore, all
documents, files etc. will be delivered in soft copy/electronic format excluding the
source code.

b) The software development will be carried out at the consultant/company’s site


using its own infrastructure.

c) The project is to be completed in all respect within stipulated time.

d) All expenses including traveling, boarding, lodging and any other overhead
expenses incurred by the company in connection with development & installation
of application software will be inclusive in the cost of development of software.

e) The company will rectify any shortcomings or defect or bug noticed


during operation/warranty period without any additional cost.

f) Services to be rendered by the company after implementation of the software in


payment basis.

g) Payment terms:
 (40%) Advance
 (60%) On Delivery

h) The Charges of the software is excluding the software license and Hardware
devices used for the above mentioned software.

i) The quote is computed as per current requirement of Client. May be it will


changed (+ or -) if the requirements changed.
