BONIE CUSTODIO

I am Bonie Custodio,40 years old, single, resident of 123 Buena Hills


Subdivision, Barangay Guadalupe, Cebu City and employed by Harold’s
Hotel as a bell boy, and the accused in the above-captioned complaint,
after having been sworn in accordance with law do hiseby state as follows:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The person questioning me is Atty. Rhodz Embalsado with office address at


Rm. 143 Innocente Building, Escario, Cebu City. This interrogation is being
done at his office address. I affirm that I am answering his questions fully
conscious that I do so under oath and may face criminal liability for false
testimony.

OFFER

Atty. Embalsado We are offering the testimony of the witness for purpose
of proving and establishing that the accused is innocent of
the alleged rape filed by the complainant. Annalyn C.
Custodio was in Bangkok, Thailand, together with her
husband, Mr. Bonie Custodio when the alleged crime was
committed and that no such crime could have been
committed against the complainant for both the
complainant and the accused were never at the alleged
place and time of the crime.

QUESTION AND ANSWER

Q1: Where were you on August 27, 2019?

A1: I was in Bangkok together with my husband, Bonie Custodio

Q2: Can you tell me the inclusive dates of your stay in Bangkok?

A2: Yes, sir. We departed last August 26, 2019 and flew back here in Cebu
August 31, 2019

Q3: Do you have proof that you travelled to Bangkok?


A3: Yes. I have the airline tickets to prove it, sir.
Q4: What was your purpose in travelling to Bangkok?

A4: For a vacation and to visit my brother Mr. Joel Cruzante.

Q5: Where did you stay for the entire duration of your stay in Bangkok?

A5: We stayed in the house of my brother, sir.

Q6: Can you tell me the address of your brother’s residence in Bangkok?

A6: Yes,sir. Unit 401, Baan Sindhorn Condominium, Bangkok.

Q7: Do you happen to know the plaintiff in this case?

A7: No. I don’t know her sir. I was shocked to know about the complaint.
Q8: How is your relationship with your husband?

A8: He is a loving husband sir. Very responsible and romantic person. He


goes home right away after work.

Q9: How long are you married to Bonie Custodio?

A10: 5 years sir.

Q10: Do you have children?

A11:No sir.

Q11: For what reason if I may ask?

A11: We still have to save and make sure that we have enough money for
our children in the future.

the witness regarding the witness’ answers
