b. PNP Memorandum Circular No. 2018-16 dated October 9, 2019;
c. Memo from TDPCR dated December 27, 2018 with same subject
as aboved.
2. In connection with the above reference, on November 6, 2019 at about
7:30 A.M., led by PLTCOL JOSELITO E VILLAROSA JR, Deputy Regional Chief,
under the direct supervision of the undersigned, together with the Staff, conducted
Police Information Continuing Education (PICE) and Daily Personnel Accounting
Report (DPAR) Topics discussed are the following:

a. PNP Patrol Plan 2030;


b. PNP Operational Procedures (Special Procedures: Rule 27-28);
c. Enforcement of No Plate No Travel Policy of all PNP Camp.

3. Activity ended at about 8:00 A.M., same date.
