This is with reference to our discussions with you regarding Customer Coordination Services to our
client M/s. HCL for the DELL and Lenovo Business Activities. We are pleased to appoint you as the
Incharge- Customer Relations with effect from 07.06.2018

The detailed terms and conditions of the appointment areas under:

I. SCOPE & EDUCATION OF THE ASSIGMENT:

You will be deputed to our Santacruz East Office place, as mentioned under.

20/160, Anand Nagar

You will be operating out of the above premises and reporting to the concerned managers at HCL, which
will be communicated to you on your joining. You will also be required to fill in daily general IT related
activity such as Event Log, Engineer Schedule Logs, Handling Customer Escalation, etc, and submit the
report to your supervisor, with a copy marked to the concerned person in SG TELECARE, Mumbai Ofice.

The management of SG Tele Care Pvt Ltd reserves the rights to review, modify, alter and amend the
scope of the assignment as required for the process with prior notice to you, if in its opinion the scope
is not in line with their objectives for SGTPL.

II. PAYMENT TERMS:

The total gross Remuneration Compensation will be Rs.18,000/- (Rs. Eighteen Thousand only) per
month, being the fees for the High Involvement Value option preferred by us. The sum stated above
shall be payable proportionately on the basis of actual services ofered. The payment will be subject to
deduction of taxes, if applicable.

III TIME SCHEDULES OF THE ASSIGNMENT:

It is hereby expressly agreed that you complete the assignment entrusted to you in time depending
upon the urgency of each and shall strictly adhere to the time schedule unless the delay is on account of
circumstances beyond your control. Failure to achieve the time schedules shall be constructed to be
violation of the terms and conditions of this offer. The Management of reserves its right to review the
terms and conditions of the contract entered with you, in the eventuality of a delay in the consultancy
assignment

IV. Leaves CLAUSE:

During the first year of service, you shall be entitled to a total of 14 days of leave (7 Days Sick Leave and
st st
7 days Casual Leaves in a calendar year. These Leaves are from the period 1 January, 2018 till 31
December, 2018). However, since your joining date is 1 June 2018, these leaves will be computed on
st

pro-rate basis. After confirmation you will be eligible to leaves as per company policy.

VI. CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE:

You shall be expected to maintain the highest degree and standards of confidentiality with respect to
the discussions had, documents reviewed, knowledge about business practices of SGTPL, client/supplier,
details and anything else, which but for the confidentiality, would jeopardize or be harmful to SGTPL.
Violation of this clause shall lead to automatic termination of the contract.

VII.TERMINATION:

The management of SGTPL reserves the right to terminate the services at any stage of the deliverable,
with 60 days of prior notice of either side without ofering any reason whatsoever. If your conduct
with peers, clients or principals is not in line with the level of etiquette or if it is found that there is
dereliction of work or any other area around your work profile SGTPL reserves the right to give you
a written notice and if repeated your services will be terminated with immediate efect.

This is an offer letter and is valid for a period of 15 days by when we shall expect an affirmation from
you. Your formal letter will be handed over to you on the date of your joining or on 7th June, 2018, when
you will meet at the Santacruz East place.

This offer is being made in good faith and trust in you academic achievements and your technical skills.

This letter is being issued, in duplicate, and you are requested to return a copy of the same duly signed
in token of your acceptance.
