SSG ELECTION 2020 PROCESS FLOW

Person Responsible Step 1. Actual Voting

CLASSROOM
BEI Each student will be given a ballot to vote. They need to sign on
SUPPORT STAFF the attendance sheet provided by the adviser. After voting, ballot
CLASS ADVISER will inserted to a ballot box provided for the section. After every
WATCHERS voter inserted their ballots, the support staff will bring the ballot
to the canvassing area for counting.

Person Responsible Step 2. Counting of Votes

CLASSROOM
BEI After receiving and accounting of Ballot Boxes per grade level by the
SUPPORT STAFF support staff, the chairman will give the signal that counting is going to
start for the grade level that first completed the ballot boxes. Assigned
STUDENTS
BEI for the level will then be responsible to count and prepare the
WATCHERS election returns for each grade. Wide board and election returns must be
properly accomplished for counting and canvassing.

Person Responsible Step 3. Canvassing

GYMNASIUM
BEI After counting and preparing election returns by grade level, the support
staff will forward and submit the documents to the Board of Canvassers. The
SUPPORT STAFF
chairman ensures the receipt of all election. The chairman will read each
STUDENTS election returns by grade level to ensure that the wide board counting tallies
WATCHERS with the automated canvassing. After counting, the chairman will print and
BEI will sign to the document as official results.
