I have a great pleasure in writing this reference letter to Mr. Tamrat Worku Tememe , whom I
know since 2018 up to now. We had selected him based on his outstanding academic
performance and now he serve as a graduate assistance II at Haramaya University in the college
of Social Science and Humanities in department of Sociology. Moreover, I got the feedback from
the students that he is good in teaching. As a student, Mr.Tamrat Worku Tememe
demonstrated a love of learning and the level of commitment necessary to succeed in college and
beyond. As an educator, I am happy to be able to provide this recommendation for such a
deserving student.
Mr. Tamrat Worku is a talented hard working, responsible and duty-minded fellow with
zealous and enthusiasm to know more and one who deal with problems systematically and with
perseverance. Moreover, Mr. Tamrat is humble, emotionally stable, responsible and
accountable for his job, bears a good character and sociable with a good spirit of team work. All
these have been demonstrated with good interaction he had with his students and colleagues
during his stay in the university.
In view of his academic merit, he graduated with a great distinction among his batches of
students during 2017 year. Currently he is a graduate Assistance at the department of Sociology
and assisting senior staffs, delivering some courses and doing research. He is an intelligent,
highly energetic and dedicated to his work professional competence which enabled him win
appreciation from his supervisors and professional colleagues.
Mr. Tamrat Worku Tememe has shown a keen interest by updating himself with the latest
development in the field of Sociology by attending various programs. And he is also interested to
go for his MA study in the field of Sociology and other related specialization area. Given the
opportunity, I have every reason to believe that Mr. Tamrat Worku will successfully complete
his MA study and will be a valuable asset for the University. I wish him all the best luck in his
endeavors!!
