Digital Products/ Alternate Delivery Channels:

1. ATM/Debit Card
 Provides online access to savings or current account.
 Accepted at all Domestic as Well as International MasterCard™, Maestro™, Cirrus™ Enabled
ATM's and Point Of Sale locations.
 Nominal Transaction Fee at JK Bank ATM's (ON-US) and Other bank ATM’s (OFF-US)
exceeding the Limit allowed.

2. Credit Card
 20-50 day Credit Free Period
 Cash Withdrawal Facility upto 20% of total credit limit.
 Loyalty programme
 MasterCard® SecureCode™ enabled Credit Cards J&K Bank lets you shop securely online
with your J&K Bank MasterCard Credit Card. This service through a simple checkout process,
confirms your identity when you make purchases on the Internet
 24 Hour Customer Assistance at JK Bank Helpdesk (18001800234)
 EMI Scheme on Credit card Purchases (Transactions > 2500) upto 24 EMI’s.

3. MPAY (Mobile Banking)


 Complete Financial status information like account balance, transaction history, etc. and
processes requests like ‘stop cheque’, Cheque Status, debit card hotmark , credit card
bill payment etc.
 PDD Bill payment.
 Pay Using QR code facility.
 Term Deposit facility.
 IMPS facility to transfer funds beyond Normal Banking hours
 Loan on Phone facility for J&K Police Deptt, Central University Jammu.

5. Ebanking
 Access/view of accounts
 Transfer of Funds between self linked accounts maintained with our bank.
 Transfer of Funds from their own accounts to external accounts (e.g. Vendor payment)
 Transfer to non J&K Bank account holders through RBI NEFT/RTGS
 PDD Bill payment.

 Single user control
 Limit is 4 lakh per transaction & 10 lakh per day. Can be enhanced upto 25 lakh per day
by branch head & upto 1 crore by zonal head.

b)Corporate Ebanking
 Maker/ Checker: Multi Level Authorization.
 Bulk Upload: For transactions Like salary Transfer.
 Fund Transfer Limit: Corporate –User defined.

6. POS (Point of Sale)


POS for Merchant establishment to enable them to accept online payments directly via:
 Debit Cards : MasterCard , RuPay , Visa etc
 Credit Cards : MasterCard , Visa

a)Fixed /Landline: Functions through Landline with STD facility

b)Wireless : Functions through inbuilt SIM

c)MPOS : Functions through personal Android mobile

7. JKBank Easy Collect

 Multi Modal Payment System: It facilitates any Organisation be Educational or Commercial


or Government to receive any type of payment from receivers of their goods & services.
 No need not to maintain their own website
 Payer of the merchant has to make the payment through one of the several options
displayed
 Online through IPG using debit or credit cards or e-Banking facilities
 Offline through challan generated at any branch
8. JKBank Internet Payment Gateway (IPG)

 Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) is an e-commerce application service that authorizes


payments for e-businesses e.g online shopping portals, online fee payments etc
 The internet payment gateway is the infrastructure that allows a merchant to accept credit
card/ Debit card/ eBanking/ IMPS etc payments over their web portals/websites.
 A payment process in IPG is a transaction between the users and merchant( owner of the
product), with transfer of funds in between following accounts
 Customer account
 Merchant Account
*However within the process some intermediate accounts are impacted
 Transaction in IPG results in debiting Customer account ( Credit Card/Debit Card/ Internet
Banking ) and crediting merchant account through interchange of secure electronic
messages over Internet.

9. Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)

Installed in various locations ( gandhi nagar, shalamar ,link road ,janipur,residency road jammu)

10. J&K Bank Gift Cards & Pocket Money Cards
