A Complete and indepth self transformation and Self-Mastery program

to break our Inner resistence to achieve our actual potential.

I want to welcome to this 90 days program . But first of all I want


to thank you for taking time for this life changing course.

So what is program all about?

This program provides a foundation with tips, exercises, resources


for walking the path towards self mastery.

But what exactly is self mastery?

Self mastery is the ability to exert a strong will power against our
own impulses to move towards our future that we choose and create.

It requires a vision for your future self and then bringing all your
internal and exxternal resources to realize it.

In this progrm we learn to master ourselves by getting out of our own


way. We throw away that is not serving us till now and is stopping
our own growth and stopping our true potential to unleash.

This progrm is designed to assist you on your growth path. It will


show you the pitfalls that you have been falling till now into and
offer suggestions through various exercises to support your efforts
in self mastery.

Why is it important?

We all want improvement in our life. We cant achieve it withut a


never ending commitment in following thr path on what you want to
become.

We need to realise that their is some part of us inside thhat is


always holding us back. Our biggest is not outside, but right within
us.

So we need a program to this path of self discovery, self mastery and


fin ways to transcend our fears and breaking our resistence.

We need to realise that we need to possess the self awareness


necessary to identify source of our resistence and findd a way to
move ahead of it.

We don’t try to control our life, but transcending it by resolving


the inner tensions and allow the natural process of development to
take hold over our life.
Our purpose is self mastery over our life so that we can achieve what
we wish to achieve. We will develop only one ting- our capacity to
develop our destiny. Creating it and embrasing it will lead to
freedom and fulfillment and that is what all of us are looking for
frm our lives.

So lets move ahead and ffind the way towards our path of self mastery
which will clear the way to our supposed destiny.

So a huge hug from my side with a wish that you achieve what brought
you to this program.

Week 1.

Hello and welcome to the 90 days self mastery and transformation


program. And this is week one. Beore we start our journey togethher I
would like to dhare a story of a small biy who wantd to play with his
faher, but his father was too busy in reading the newspaper. To
distract the 3 year old boy, the father cut out a wold map from the
older newspaper and tore into pieces and gave these peices to the
little boy, telling him to fix it. The father was thnking that the
little by knew nothing about the world ma so will send a lot of time
and he himself can enjoy his time with the newspaper
But to his astonishment, the little boy came back witin 2 minutes
with the world map fixed accurately. The father was stunned and asked
the boy hoe he did it?. the boy said, father there was the picture of
a man behind the world map, I fixed that ine and the world map got
fixed by itself.

Isnt it interesting and tells us a lot about our world also We are
always trying to fix the world around us and when we cant fix it, we
start ccomplaining about everything. Why do we do so?

Most of us are not satisfied from the rsults in our life and what we
start doing is that we start to complain about people, situations,
circumstances around us for our failures, with out realizing how much
harm we are doing to ourselves by doing all this.

Sometimes we feel we are justified in complainigng or in finding


faults, but we are also creating infectious negative energy inside us
that lowers our vibratinal frequency. Law of attracton sayd we get
what we are, and so wee also start attracting more negattive energy
in our life, thus creating a never ending circle of negativity and
failures, thus reducing the potential to manifest what we really want
in our life.

I used to be a professional complainer myself and so I know how much


it hurt others and sabotaged my own hapiness and success and also of
my team and family. I realized we complain for two main reasons. 1. We feel
powerless. 2. It’s a habit. I decided to break the habit and when I stopped complaining I
started to create the life that I wanted. Let’s face it, if you are complaining, you’re not
leadingyour life towards success. .

since it’s basic human nature to feel the urge to complain, we need to put in a bit
of effort if we’re going to rewire this counterproductive tendency. Challenge
yourself to go a full 24 hours without complaining, and notice the positive
difference it makes. Then we move this exercise for full one week and see the
inner transfomation hapeng in our life.

So how to take this 7 day no complaiint challenge.

I will share with u 7 practices to be done 1 practice a day. Just


keep your awareness on this practice the whole day. And if u fail u
need to penalize yourself so that u r conscious how many times u
failed. There r two ways of punishment: 1. use a rubber band and hit
yourself hard everytime u make a mistake. 2. take out 1 dollar
everytime u fail and count the number of dollars u collected by the
end of the day. It will tell you the amount of opportunities you
missed today which could have taken u toards your dream life.

Day 1: taking responsibility

We all face challenges in life on a daily basis.today we will look at


all the obstacles we are facing till now and we will opt to look for
a solution for our life , instead of moaning and complaining about
the issues.

So we will first sit in silence for 5 minutes and do some brains


storming which will free us to think positively and productively.
This will also lead you to start focusing on what can be done to make
things right, instead of keep thinking what went wrong till now.

Day 2: Rephrase the issue

Look into your day and see what you want to complain about. If it is
some person, then force your brain to look at it in another way. We
complain about what we dnt like in some people. Today we see what is
good in them and note down in a notebook. This helps us in creating a
new way of looking at people.
If it is something u want to compplain about, tthen rephrase the
situation and see the other side. If this dosent hapen, then how it
could bnefit you. Also ask yourself~ what is the lesson the universe
is trying to teach you.

Day 3: Define yoour boundaries

Often, we end up wanting to complain because we’ve let other people influence
our mood.
But this is a choice… today we Think about how you can stop other people’s
negativity from bleeding into your own headspace. For example, you might try an
affirmation like “this person’s troubles are not my own” or “others have no power
to bring me down”.

Day 4:

here are five things you can do instead of complain. These tips will help you realize you are
not powerless. You have the power to choose your beliefs and actions. And in your focus on
the positive instead of the negative you'll find the faith, strength and confidence to take on
life’s challenges and identify the solutions to your complaints.

1. Practice Gratitude. Research shows that when we count three blessings a day, we get a
measurable boost in happiness that uplifts and energizes us. It's also physiologically
impossible to be stressed and thankful at the same time. Two thoughts cannot occupy our
mind at the same time. If you are focusing on gratitude, you can't be negative. You can also
energize and engage your coworkers by letting them know you are grateful for them and their
work.

2. Praise Others. Instead of complaining about what others are doing wrong, start focusing
on what they are doing right. Praise them and watch as they create more success as a result.
Of course, point out their mistakes so they can learn and grow, but make sure you give three
times as much praise as criticism.

4. Let Go. Focus on the things that you have the power to change, and let go of the things
that are beyond your control. You’ll be amazed that when you stop trying to control
everything, it all somehow works out. Surrender is the answer.

5. Pray. Scientific research shows that daily prayer reduces stress; boosts positive energy;
and promotes health, vitality, and longevity. When you are faced with the urge to complain or
you are feeling stressed to the max, stop, be still, plug-in to the ultimate power, and recharge.
