OFFICE OF THE PROVINCIAL FIREMARSHALL a bureau under the DILG with office
address at Bulanao Tabuk City, Kalinga, represented by its Provincial Fire Marshall
F/SUPT ROGELIO N. NIGOS, herein referred to as BFP; and
WHEREAS, BFP agrees and allows the on-the-job training of the SLCB Criminology
Interns at the office of the Provincial Fire Marshall and/or to the different Municipal Fire
Stations of this Province as the case maybe.
WHEREAS, SLCB INC. has instituted community immersion program which the fourth
year criminology students were enrolled, must undergo on-the-job training at the BFP to
equip them with adequate working knowledge in the fire services that includes
emergency, medical and rescue services, fire and arson investigation, fire fighting
operation and fire related laws which will prepare them to become competent, creative,
supportive- community Christian law enforcers and fire investigators.
NOW, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing premises, BFP and SLCB INC. here
agree on and stipulate the following terms and conditions:
A. BFP shall:
b. provide the SLCB INC. through the OJT Coordinator feedbacks on the
student-trainees performance;
d. not hold the BFP responsible for any untoward incident that occurs beyond its
control within its premises during the training period ;
e. request the BFP to allow OJT students to render their duties within office
hours Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays as indicated on every deployment letter
given to the BFP prior to the deployment on the Criminology interns.
C. DURATION
This agreement shall hold for the duration of the AY 2017-2018 of SLCB INC.
and is automatically renewable every year, provided that BFP and SLCB INC. reserves
their respective rights to withdraw their participation in the agreement upon written
notice.
IN WITNESS WHEROF, the BFP and SLCB INC. through their representatives
here to sign this AGREEMENT this _____ day of __________________, 2020 at
Bulnao, Tabuk City, Kalinga.

Anent to this, may I request the accommodation of our criminology interns to render
their on-the-job training in your respective office to apply into practice the theories that
they have learned. This aims to foster leadership, integrity, accountability, and
responsibility while serving their fellowmen and the community. To instil among the
students the core values of individual and professional growth and to enlighten them on
the objectives of Bureau of Fire Protection on: Arson Investigation, Building Inspection,
search and rescue operation and all other fire related incident/s. We believe that your
office will provide them the opportunity to attain these objectives.

of SLCB Criminology Interns who will be rendering their OJT and Community immersion
program every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00
pm to 5:00 pm.
