POLISHED BORE RECEPTACLE

The Polished Bore Receptacle (PBR) provides a honed ID sealing surface for a production tubing seal
assembly.

The Polished Bore Receptacle (PBR) may be used on top of a production packer. It is used as a receptacle
to accept Seal Mandrels

The Polished Bore Receptacle and the Packer (anchored to the casing) usually formed the top components
of the lower tubing string.

The Seal Mandrel (sometimes with a Locator) forms the bottom components of the upper tubing string. The
Polished Bore Receptacle and the Seal Mandrel work as matching pair for connecting and disconnecting of
the upper string to the lower string. This allows the retrieval of the upper tubing string for repair without pulling
the packer.

The Polished Bore Receptacle can be supplied with the premium or straight threads and available in various
lengths.

Note: The Seal Bore Extension and the Polished Bore Receptacle have similar function; however, the
difference is the Seal Bore Extension connects to the bottom of the Packer whist the Polished Bore
Receptacle connects to the top of the Packer

PRESSURE OPERATE UNLOAD VALVE

The Pressure Operate Unload Valve is used as an in-tubing pressure activated
devise, which when open, allows flow between the completion tubing and the annular
area. It is designed with an opening sleeve in the Top Sub with Elastomer Seals. This
tool is designed with full tubing flow ID.

The Pressure Operate Unload Valve is designed, when open, may be used to
circulate heavy completion fluids out of the tubing, to acidize formations, to allow
pressure tests to Packers and selectively produce well zones.

This tool is designed to "open" with predetermined activation tubing pressure.

PUMP OUT BALL PLUG

The Pump Out Ball Plug is designed to provides a bridge in the tubing to set a packer. The Pump
Out Ball Plug is connected to the tubing end and run during completion without a ball. A ball is dropped to land
at the Pump Out Ball Plug. Pressure is then applied to set the Packer. After the Packer is set, pressure is
increased to shear the pins at the Pump Out Ball Plug. The plug seat are expanded, leaving a full tubing bore
through the pumpout plug.

Applications

 Bridge in the tubing to set a packer in single and dual completions

 Can be used for tubing test or to activate other downhole devices.

Benefits

 Provides a tubing plug without a well intervention
