LLM Project Topics - Administrative Law (2019-20)

Project Guidelines

1. Students are required to work individually.


2. Students can either choose a topic from the list given below or a topic of their
own choice, subject to approval.
3. Under each chosen/allotted project topic students will have the discretion to
define their own research questions/sub questions and scope of the project.
Hence, students should analyse the viability their research questions and scope
before finalising.
4. Students are requested to register with their topics via email, by mentioning at
least three topics, in the order of preference.
5. LLM students are requested to send their mails to rishika.khare@nluo.ac.in;
latest by 11:59 pm on the 13th of September, 2019. The final list of allotted topics
will be circulated via email.
6. Project topics will be allotted on a first-cum-first-serve basis and no two students
will be allowed to work on the same topic.
7. Students are required to make the project in an article format and specify the
research question(s) clearly.
8. Other details
i. Mode of citation- OSCOLA/Standard Indian Legal Citation/Bluebook (20 th
edn)
ii. Word Limit- 3000 to 3500 words (exclusive of footnotes)
iii. Font Style & size – Times New Roman/Arial, 12, 1.5 spacing in the text body;
1 spacing in footnotes, size 10.
9. All projects must necessarily adhere to double-sided printing. Please avoid
use of plastic or spiral binding.
10. Faculty members will be available for help at any stage required.
