DEFERMENT OF HEARING
DEFENDANT, by the undersigned counsel, and unto this Honorable
Court, most respectfully states that:

1. That the above entitled case is set for [*INITIAL] hearing on


December 19, 2020;

2. That counsel for defendant is afflicted with dengue and was


hospitalized at the Living Hope Hospital. A copy of the
physician’s certificate underis hereto attached [*REASONS:
STILL COLLATING/STUDYINGCASE AND ITS EVIDENCE,
WITNESS IS UNAVAILABLE ETC].

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the hearing set on


December 19, 2019 be reset to another day preferably on the first
week of January 2020 or at the convenience of this Honorable Court.
